Headlines

  • **MARKET DUMPS MORE** All markets did dump a bit more today while BTC price went into the $39k level and ETH went into the $2.8k level. Market started out looking a bit positive in the ALTs until after the 9am hour in the USA took over and the slide was on from there. Stay alert and trade wisely & safely!!! 🙂
  • **WEEKLY CHALLENGE** Looks like Prince will likely win this week’s challenge with a best time for 10% gains at 33hrs 35minutes… 🙂 While there are a couple of hours left in the challenge week, it will be a bit difficult for the late players to catch up unless we see a major spike in their coins. Stranger things have happened, tho… LOL…  Good luck Princess & Maxine!!! 🙂
  • **CHANGES TO TA’S** (UPDATE) To Jane, Rish & Celestie. While I have not been able to adjust the TAs just yet, you can still continue to trade in them until I am able to get things switched around. I would like you to continue to get practice as much as possible despite my upcoming changes mentioned. 🙂 Prince, I will set aside a special week of training for you since you have been without a balance to work with after the hack of November 2021. Aira, I will be working with you also on getting started in your training this upcoming week.
  • **PI NETWORK** Please see the new “Pi App Main Tasks” button below to access the page for getting all tasks completed. I have also added a new button in that page today for getting your “Lockup Rates” configured

Pi Network App – Decide Your Pi Balance Lockup

Before transferring your Mobile Balance to the Mainnet, you can voluntarily lock up a portion of your transferable balance to mine at a higher rate later. The Mainnet transfer will not occur until you confirm the lockup configuration of your account.

Please follow the steps below to set your Pi balance lockup levels.

Send me a DM if you are having problems.

Step 1 – Open the Pi Network app and tap the menu icon

Step 2 – Tap “Mainnet” in the menu options

Step 3 – Scroll down and tap the “Configure Lockup Rate” button

Step 4 – Choose your settings from the options on the slide bars on each line. The options you select will change the mining reward boost according to which levels you select. But, if you wish to not lockup any of your balance, uncheck the orange box like shown in the 2 pics below

NOTE: For help with what to choose, please see the options notes at the end of this page below.

  • Select a level of 25%-100% on the lockup percentage line
  • Select 2 weeks – 3 years on the lockup duration line

If Selecting Options                  If not selection options uncheck the orange box

Step 5 – After you have selected your settings, go to the bottom of the screen and tap the “SAVE” button.

Finished – You should get a “Success” message that shows you that your lockup settings have been updated. NOTE: If you want to change these settings, you can do so at any time by coming back to the same screen and save your new settings.

What Settings Should I Choose???

Your decision will be based on how you desire to manage your balance according to what you want to have access to during the transfer periods.

The higher amount of your funds that are used in the lockup percentage, the higher your mining boost rate will be. The longer you hold your funds in lockup, the higher your mining boost rate will be during that time.

NOTE: You can always go into the app and change the settings at any time. But, your existing settings will last until the end of the duration period you originally had set before the change.

  • Option #1 – If you want all of your funds to be transferred to your wallet where you have full access to the “transferable” balance in your wallet after the transfer is completed, just uncheck the orange box and do not lockup any of your balance.
  • Option #2 – If you want to have a smaller part of balance remain in the mining routine for higher earnings over time, select 25% option on the lockup percentage line.
  • Option #3 – If you want to have half or all of your balance remain in the mining routine for higher earnings over time, select the 50%, 90% or 100% option on the lockup percentage line.

The lockup duration times are based on how long you want to wait before the funds become available to you in your wallet. If you want to hold funds for short period of time, select the 2 weeks. If you want to hold it for 1-3 years, select either of those options. 6 month lockup will be a 1/2 year hold.

Your Mentor’s Decision… 🙂

Me personally, I will start off with the 25% lockup and 2 weeks duration. I prefer to see how well things work with this setting before locking up long term for 1-3 years. After mining for 2-3 years already, I would like to know that I’ve already paid my dues to waiting 3 years to get my tokens… LOL

The project has been running since early 2018 and they are soon to launch the platform for trading and account balance withdrawals.

Please follow the steps below to verify your phone asap. Mainnet has already as of 2/14 launched and balance transfers will be done soon (date is not given, but March 1, 2022 or sooner is possible).

You must do your phone verification before the transfer if you want to have access to your tokens when time to cash out someday…

NOTE: If you are having problems completing this process, please DM me asap!!!

Step 1 – Open the Pi Network app and tap the menu icon

Step 2 – Scroll down the menu and select Profile

Step 3 – Scroll down the profile screen until you see “Account Verification” and tap the orange “VERIFY” button next to “Phone number”

Step 4 – Follow the instructions on the screen for receiving a code and sending the code via SMS to the phone number they give you on the app. If the process fails, keep trying until you get it confirmed.

Pi Network App Mainnet Wallet Address Test

To All BT Traders & Associates,

If you have been mining Pi on the Pi Nework app, the time has come for testing your wallet address to verify that the same address exists as what you have on the testnet wallet.

Please use the steps below to confirm if you have the same address on both the mainnet and testnet part of the network. I’ve included pics with each step to help you navigate this process easily.

NOTE: If any of these steps below you cannot perform or something looks different, please stop where you are in the process and DM me with a screenshot of your problem in the app(s).

Step 1 – Open your Pi Browser
(NOTE: If you do not have the Pi Browser installed on your phone, you need to download and install it first – to download the Pi Browser, tap the menu on the main Pi Network app and then tap the Mainnet option, then tap the mainnet checklist to get started.)

Step 2 – Tap the wallet.pi icon

Step 3 – IMPORTANT – You need to find the passphrase that you saved when you created the wallet before now.

NOTE: If you never created a wallet, you must follow the generate wallet process first. If you did create a wallet already, but forgot the passphrase, I’m sorry to tell you that your access to the funds that will be transferred during the mainnet transfer process will no longer be accessible if you generate another new wallet…

Step 4 – Copy the passphrase to your clipboard on your phone so that you can paste it in the box provided on the app.

Step 5 – Paste the passphrase in this box and then tap the orange UNLOCK WITH PASSPHRASE button

Step 6 – If the wallet opens, you will get the mainnet wallet balance of 0 Pi showing up like this. Notice I’ve circled the Pi Mainnet and wallet address at the top and the wallet balance at the bottom.

Step 7 – Tap the wallet address that you see appear right below the Pi Mannet at the top of the screen. This will copy the wallet address to your clipboard. Then paste it in your desired chat app to send me a DM with it.

Step 8 – Tap Pi Mainnet dropdown at the top of the screen and select Pi Testnet from the list.

Step 9 – You should see a balance of 100.00000000 Test Pi in your wallet balance in the Pi Testnet screen. Now, repeat step 7 to copy and send me the wallet address from the Pi Testnet to see if they match.

Step 10 – If both of the addresses match, everything for your account is good to go for now regarding the wallet address. Now you can confirm your wallet address by going to the next section below.

NOTE: If both addresses do not match, it means that your funds in the original address that was created when the Pi Testnet was launched will not be accessible after they make the transfers into the mainnet at a later time. So, any Pi balance that you are earning currently will then be sent to the current Pi Mainnet wallet address you saw in step 7 the first time. Unfortunately, all of your other Pi that was mined will not appear in your balance later.

Confirm your wallet address by following the steps below…

Step 1 – Open the main Pi Network app and tap the menu icon

Step 2 – Tap the Mainnet option in the menu

Step 3 – Tap the Mainnet Checklist option

Step 4 – Scroll down the checklist and tap the step 3 there for “Confirm Your Pi Wallet”

Step 5 – Copy your passphrase to your phone’s clipboard the same as you did in step 3 earlier in the wallet address test instructions.

Step 6 – Paste your passphrase in the box on the app screen. Notice I’ve circled the box that you need to paste your passphrase into.

Step 7 – After you have pasted your passphrase in the box, then tap the orange “CONFIRM YOUR WALLET” button

Step 8 – Your checklist screen should have a green check in the boxes for steps 2 and 3. If so, you are finished for now. If not, you will need to check with me for possible reasons why your wallet could not be confirmed.
