Clearing Cache In Your Browsers

BT Family,

If you are having trouble to view updated pages, please try to clear your cache in your browsers and then reload the page that you are having trouble viewing the updated versions of.

To clear your cache properly, please use the suggested steps found below based on what type of browser you are using.


Mobile Browsers

Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data.

Chrome (on Android)

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
  2. At the top right, tap More.
  3. Tap History > Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to “Cookies and site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
  6. Tap Clear data.

Chrome (on iPhones and iPads)

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app.
  2. At the bottom, tap More.
  3. Tap History > Clear browsing data.
  4. Make sure there’s a check mark next to “Cookies, Site Data,” and “Cached Images and Files.”
  5. Tap Clear browsing data.

Desktop Browsers

Google Chrome

  • Windows: Press Ctrl F5
  • Mac: hold Cmd + Shift and then press R

Firefox

  • Windows: Press Ctrl F5
  • Mac: hold Cmd + Shift and then press R

Safari

  • Mac: On the menu go to Safari >Empty Cache, or press Opt Cmd + E

Internet Explorer/ Edge (Windows)

  • Windows: Press Ctrl F5
