Trust Wallet is used primarily for storing Ethereum ERC-20 and/or Ethereum Classic ERC-223 tokens received from airdrops or other smart contract type opportunities. But, does allow us to store many various crypto assets including Bitcoin, XRP, EOS and many more.
In addition, this wallet interacts with DEX’s where you can trade your tokens if they are listed on a DEX before they become available on a major exchange for trading.

Once the app is installed, you must be sure to do the following important steps:
- Write down and save your back up phrase that is given to you when creating your first wallet account.
- Save your password that you created with the wallet on the same sheet of paper as you did with your back up phrase.
- You might also want to export and store the private key along with the back up phrase and password as an additional safeguard against losing access to the wallet in the future.
- DO NOT LOSE THIS INFO or else you will lose access to any funds stored on the wallet if you have a need to uninstall and reinstall the wallet app; or if you have to get a new phone and install the app at a later time.
NOTE: If you happen to forget steps 1-3 above and have not added any funds to the wallet, you can also uninstall the wallet app and start over again to get this process right. This is very important!!!
